The New 2024 KIA FORTE Preview, Price & Release date

2024 KIA FORTEThe Kia Forte is rumored to get a facelift in 2024, but it is anticipated that its two gas-only engines will continue to be the only available powertrain options. Although the Forte Hybrid is manufactured in China, it is improbable that Kia will release the hybrid subcompact car in this country. Although we don’t believe a Forte EV is on the table, the South Korean automaker has promised to introduce eight new electric vehicles to the United States by 2029.

2024 KIA FORTE Redesign

The Forte now offers four trims, and we anticipate that they will survive after the makeover. It was last updated in 2021. Automotive News, a trade journal, is currently anticipating the facelift, and we’re hoping new features will be included. There is yet no confirmation that the redesign would add more basic safety features and connection options to the base LX trim. Automatic emergency braking, pedestrian detection, lane-keeping assistance, and high beam assistance are all standard features on the current Kia Forte. To receive LED daytime running lights, blind-spot detection, reverse automatic braking, and safe exit warning, you must go up a few trim levels.
The 8-inch touchscreen in the 2023 Forte features Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, a USB connector, and an AUX input. We expect Kia to maintain the Forte’s aggressive-looking headlamps, narrow grill, and wide front facia in keeping with the other designs they’re showcasing. Smoother lines and a more contemporary-looking rear end could be features of the Forte redesign.

2024 KIA FORTE Engine

Currently, the Forte is only offered as a front-wheel drive model. The Kia Forte 2024 should use the same engine as the Forte now on the market, barring any alterations to engine options. A 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine with 147 horsepower and 132 lb-ft of torque powers the Forte. The continuously variable transmission is coupled with the base engine. The 1.6-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine in the top-of-the-line GT grade offers 201 HP and 195 lb-ft of torque. This can be paired with either a six-speed manual transmission or a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission with paddle shifters.
